FAQs
Q) Can my child attend extra sessions or can I swap my session?
A) Yes you can book extra sessions. If we have availability we will be more than happy to book your child in for an extra session. Unfortunately you cannot ‘swap sessions’.
Q) How do I pay my childcare fees? Can I pay using childcare vouchers?
A) There are different payment methods. Normally you will pay by direct debit on the 28th of the month for the month ahead. We do accept childcare vouchers and we are happy to register with the voucher company.
Q) Will I receive my deposit back?
A) Yes, your deposit will be refunded at the end of your time with us provided you adhere to the terms and conditions in the contract.
Q) Will I be charged if I collect my child after 6pm?
A) Yes, unfortunately there is a late collection policy. On the first occasion there will be no charge but after that you will incur a charge if you are late to collect your child.
Q) A family member will be collecting my child tonight and they have never been before. Is this ok?
A) Yes this is fine as long as they have the collection password with them. We will ask you for a brief description of the family member and an approximate time they are coming to collect your child.
Q) Can my child stay an extra hour I am due to collect them at 12.30?
A) If we can accommodate this request then yes. However, lunch time is a particulary busy time within the nursery and it is possible that we may not be able to accommodate this request as staff may be having their lunches. This situation may be exacerbated by the fact that our afternoon session begins at 1pm.
Q) Can I drop my child off before 7.30am or before the afternoon session begins at 1pm?
A) No. Unfortunately we need to stick to the sessions times at all times in order to ensure correct adult / child ratios are maintained at all times and to satisfy the requirements of our insurance policy in respect of opening hours. Our team will announce over the intercom when the sessions have started.
Q) If my child attends for the NEG sessions only how do i know when they cannot attend i.e term time only?
A) We follow Bolton holidays to find out what these are please go to www.bolton.gov.uk
