LAURA GROGAN - QUALITY AND INCLUSION MANAGERI have been working in childcare for over 6 years and I have worked closely with children with severe learning, physical and behaviour issues. I have worked in a managers role for 3 years were i have supported and over seen the developments and enhancement of childcare. I aim to continue supporting and upholding a high quality childcare enviroment. I will be starting my Foundation Degree in September 2010.
