I am an experienced cook with over 20 years experience in the catering industry ranging from confectionery, baking and catering for hotels, restaurant, nursing homes and colleges. I am passionate about food and will ensure that only the best seasonal produce is used in the preparation of a diverse and interesting food at Playdays.
