VICTORIA BAILEY – NURSERY MANAGER

I have been working in childcare for 14 years, including eight years in a managerial role. My qualifications include NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Early Years Care & Education and a NVQ Level 4 in Management. I also have an Assessor’s Certificate and am First Aid trained. I am a driven person and aim to create the best team at Playdays such that all our staff and the children achieve their full potential within a setting that is caring and fun to both work and play.
