KRISTINA BANNISTER – NURSERY MANAGER

Hello my name Kristina Bannister i have been working at playdays since it opened in 2004. I have a passion for working with children and i knew I wanted to persue a career in childcare as soon as I left school, I studied my NNEB for 1 year then got offered a job so i did my NVQ Level 3.

At playdays I was originally employed as a nursery nurse, after a year I was promoted to room leader from there I went on to be deputy manager then from Feb 2010 I took over as nursery manager.

I have currently gained my foundation degree in early childhood studies and I am now studying the next part of the degree that will give me a BA Honours Degree in childcare it is my ambition to go on and become the early years professional at Playdays.
