KRISTINA BANNISTER – NURSERY CO-ORDINATOR

I have been working in childcare for six years and have been with the Playdays team since we opened in 2004. I have my NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Early Years Care & Education and am currently studying towards my Foundation Degree in Early Years. When I have completed this I am going to be training for the Early Years Professional Status. My principal role at Playdays is to monitor, encourage and continually evolve best practice throughout the nursery so that every member of the team is able to contribute to the overall aim of providing the best childcare possible.
